1.Are you factory ?

A:Yes, we are factory with more than 10 years experience in the field of promotional bags. We do fabric cutting, screen printing, sewing, packing in the same factory building.

2.Q:Do you accept customize?
A:Yes,we have our own factory, all bags can be customized.

3.Q:Can you do custom printing?
A:Yes,we could print your logo or designed pictures on bags .There are 3 main printing methods for your choice: screen printing , film heat transfer printing and heat sublimation printing.  Screen printing and film heat transfer printing can be done in our own factory while sublimation printing is done by our professional printing suppliers.  Each printing method has advantages and disadvantages. We always recommend the most suitable solution according to your specific design, order quantity.

4.Q:Can you design for us?
A:Yes,we have professional designers for both bags and printings. 
You just need to tell us your rough idea about bag shape, size and fabric and our bag designer will develop new bag for you.   Send us your logo or photo picture artwork in AI format and our printing designer will do a printing effect picture for your check before we start the real samples making or mass production. 

5.Q:Is it possible to get a free sample?
A:Yes, Stock samples are totally free as long as you ask no more than 3pcs for each bag type and the total value of the samples is not over 20USD, but you need to pay the shipping cost.

For customizes bag samples we need to charge some plate cost and material cost according to the specific samples you request for. The main principle for customized samples is we don't earn money from samples. And If we have a further cooperation in the future, we can even refund part of the sample fee.   

6.Q: What is your MOQ?
A:Usually we can start an order from 100PCS. But depend on the different material,size and workmanship,the MOQ will be changed.

7.Q:How long can we receive your quotation?
A: If your inquiry include all necessary details such as
1).Bag Usage(for promotion or or sale); 
2) Reference pictures for bag style;
3) Material name and Fabric specification such as 190T polyester, 210D nylon, etc
4)Workmanship; 
5)Bag size
6) Logo or photo printing artwork(better in AI format)

We will provide professional complete quotation within 6 hours. In order to receive our quotation as soon as possible, please provide us as much detailed information you can since we sales workers receive many inquiries everyday and we always handle those that include all necessary details firstly.  If possible, please also provide real sample pictures or design for our check. 8. Q: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
A: Most of our bag products are customized.  So our stock bags are usually from past OEM orders. But we still keep moulds for some hot selling or well structured bag types so customer don't need to pay the cost of the mould of those type bags even if they just need 100pcs. Please visit http:.
